John - it's a great neighborhood, fairly small and close to all sorts of amenities. The view from some homes are awesome.

Endre - interesting you should say that. A good number of the Isla Mar home owners are the original owners.

Anthony - agreed.

Sandy - being so close to the beach means easy access, and cooler weather in the summer! THose that have a pool in the backyard have it made!
