What's the percentage of closed short sale transactions in your area, Michael? I find it interesting that they aren't overall at 50% here in Tucson, but of all the ones I've ever been involved in, only one hasn't closed. I hope that margin continues! Congrats on your own client's success in this challenging transaction. It takes ALL parties!
