Moral of the Story: There is plenty of business out there, so go grab it. This list is going to continue to shrink due to what I like to call "Survival of the fittest", basically only the best will not only survive but thrive in this market over the course of the next 5 years.
Real Estate isn't popular anymore. Mortgage is dreadful these days, even with rates being this low, its tough to get loans funded!! This industry has truly evolved into a more advanced, sharper, faster paced, highly regulated, less saturated beast. And only those folks who can keep up with a more demanding workload, social media marketing, staying relevant in front of past clients, always adapting, referral networking, and all with unbeatable customer service will be the ones who will absolutely crush it this year and next.
