Recently, we were telling new agents the 3 most important things they should have to succeed in the business were:

  1. A database system
  2. A website
  3. A lead generation/business plan

I was wondering what some others think.  What would your top 3 be?

I would put generating leads at the top of my list! If you aren't meeting enough people who need your services, Real Estate can be a very lonely place.

A Business card that is different from everyone else, like a cd rom business card that shows people how to get free down payment money.

 A couple of pairs of comfortable shoes as there is no better experience than knocking on doors.

An open mind as our industry is rapidly changing.
