If you are not comfortable cleaning a window, Don't!

It's Spring (cleaning) but unless you're Spider-Man you probably don't want to risk life and limb scrubbing the dirt off your twelfth -floor-apartment windows, but if your selling your apartment attractive clean windows can help increase appeal.

* Replace any cracked or broken glass.
* Make sure the windows are sparkling clean.
* Apply touch-up paint where needed.

Hi Alexandra, I live in a high rise with over-sized windows. The first time I had my windows cleaned I was very disappointed. They came in my apartment with a squeegie and a bucket. I asked them: "don't you have to go to the roof and hang from a rope"? They looked at me funny and then popped my windows right out and cleaned them from inside the apartment.

Fernando, LOL, He was cleaning or considering suicide on Easter Sunday. He was saved!
