This Anaheim Hills condominium complex called Windwood Cresthill was built in 1973 over the course of 3 years. This unique development has some great features for homebuyers and sellers. Each building has 4 units, 2 units are 2 bedroom 1 bath, and the other 2 units are 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths.
The 2 bedroom units in Windwood Cresthill have a distinct advantage to other condos because no one is below, or above you. The 2 bed units are available in single level only. One of the 2 bed units are built on ground level and the other 2 bed unit is upstairs, both have a private patio however, the downstairs unit patio is slightly larger. One advantage of the ground unit is that it has a common wall with the attached garage. I know some have added a garage entry directly into their ground level condo. These were not built this way initially so both 2 bed units have an attached garage but, you have to walk around or downstairs to gain entrance. These units range in size from 886-943 sq ft.
The 3 bedroom units in Windwood Cresthill are both two story condos and range in size 1068-1134 sq ft. These Anaheim Hills condos do have original directly entry into the garage. All three of the bedrooms are upstairs with the kitchen and dining/family room are downstairs. One of the 3 bedroom units does have a 2 car garage. The other 3 units have a 1 car garage and a outside assigned parking spot. Additional parking is street available and is on a first come first serve basis. However I personally have visited the complex at all times of the day, weekday and weekends, and never really have a issue fining a parking spot.
The HOA dues range currently from about 210-289 depending on the size of the unit. The association does cover cost of a pool available to its members some common areas like green belts surrounding the complex. They are also cover some roof issues and common walls.
