BOA just release new forms one of is a new 3rd party authorization form. If you do not have a new form in equator your file may be closed out.

My understanding about the new third party authorization is that existing ones are going to be honored for already opened short sale, but any new short sale initiated after April 13th will need the new third party authorization form.

I believe your reading it correctly, but negotiators are already requesting the new form. Don't fall behind send it to your sellers today and tomorrow. You will be ahead of many others. That's what your customers pay you for. Stay in touch, I send referrals everywhere!
