Stratford CT March 2012 single family home sales were UP 36% as compared to March 2011 sales.


List and selling price averages both decreased 22% and the median was down 14%. 

 

Days on the market went down 8%

 

 

 

 Moving forward,  there are 37 houses under deposit and 66 pending sales (under contract).  That should ensure another good  month of sales moving forward into April.

Hi Barbara - I am seeing those trends in my area too--numbers up and prices down, but the number of pendings is a good sign.
