Your Wordless Wednesday photo is very special looking. I imagine that it could be rather shocking to someone who is not expecting it. I enjoyed it and think it is well done.

Hi Teri, Nice view of that carved bear against the clouds and blue sky.  A big bear.

I can see why that would distract you! I would have had to pull over and take a picture too! ☺

Hi Teri, I love all these wooden carved bears and I remember a couple years ago you had several of these in your posts. I saw my first ones in Truckee on the way over to Reno Nevada. They are really enjoyable to see.

Bringing you home...

You find more art... I'm not sure if it's the side of town you are on or if I just don't pay close enough attention. :)

In Southern California we had a black bear that was roaming the suberbs a few days back.  He was on a walkway doing his thing, when a guy who was busy texting while out for his walk.  When he came face to face with the bear, there was this hilarious startled reaction caught on tape.  The video has gone viral:  http://www.ktla.com/video/viral/ktla-bear-face-to-face,0,689960.htmlstory
