Watch out for slivers while you sit on that fence!

The difference between sleeping on a deal and snoring should be pointed out.

When you sit on a deal, usually by the next morning, you have an answer.

If you're snoring on a deal, someone is going to take advantage of your sitting on the fence too long.

Watch out for slivers while you sit on that fence!

Paul:  Sitting on that fence can be a painful experience, in more ways than one.  And especially what that fence has those pointy white pickets.  Ouch !

What a gorgeous little one.  You do nice work !  And finally... an assistant who won't tell you where to go... at least for now.  <smile>

Paul

Your insight is right on point, sitting on the fence is not a positive action.

Good luck and success.

I have a client who is fence sitting right, thinking the seller will be desperate. They may get a bit of a surprise of they don't move quickly. That little guy doesn't appear to be worried about anything.
