Let THEM know

Hi I have been a Notary Public, Signing Agent for just over two years. WOW I wish I would have started long ago. I am a mother of two boys and this is the perfect business for my family. I now do this as my full time job and am happy with my decision. I continually meet others that say Oh I am a commissioned Notary. I don't have any business though. Well that is only because THEY don't know. THEY meaning your community. Businesses, Loan offices and just the community members. List yourself on the internet everywhere get your name out there. I am not listed in the phone book but am listed on many sites online. Now a days people will Google for a mobile Notary in their area. No, I am not saying sign up with Signing Services that want to pay you 50.00 when it will cost you 30.00 for gas and printing. There are a good number of signing services that have respect for Notaries and pay you a fair share. You just need to find them. A few are Lenders First Choice, Bay Area Sign Ups, Mortgage Docs.com, Watermark Services, and a lot more. Let THEM know of your professional services and have that laser printer, legal and letter size paper on hand at all times. One more recommendation is to volunteer in your community. Seniors and Vets have different times through out the year when there are special events held for them and you can offer your services to them for free at these events.
