The qualities of a leader
When you look at successful leaders they have a common trait. They are not only strong leaders but they set high standards for themselves and for their organizations.
Successful leaders lead by example and organizations becomes a reflection of the leader and their standards.
Under Ray Kroc’s leadership McDonald’s grew into the leader in the fast food industry and they set the standards for the way fast food was delivered to the consumers.
McDonalds became a market leader in marketing and customer service. In order to compete in the fast food industry you have to compete with McDonalds.
Ray Kroc was a hand’s on leader and set the standards for McDonalds.
No matter what your role is in the company, you are the business and in that role you are a leader and you set the standards.
The qualities of a leader, is to lead by example and set high standards for themselves and their organization. When a leader sets high standards and follows them others will follow the leader’s example.
