This property meets most of the criteria I was given. I am inquiring on behalf of family friends who wish to move tothe area from western NY. Please advise is this is a short sale and if the price is negoiable and/or if it can be sold pending the sale of my friejnd''s home (they do not have a mortgage but need to sell their ranch home with 14 acres). Thank you for all information. (My friends are willing to visit the area to view any properties they are considering.)Thank you!

Hello Linda,

This is a short sale. The final sale price would need to be approved by the short sale bank and no contingent contracts would be allowed unless possibly the buyers home is already under contract and has a set settlement date.

Unfortunately this property just went under contract recently so it is not available (except as a backup contract) but will keep you in mind if something happens to fall through. I would be happy to help your friends find something else though. Just let me know.
