On the Real Living HER Open House List... very, very early Saturday morning, April 14, 2012 the map search is showing "200 of 248 properties displayed"

The little snapshot of March 25, 2012 Open Houses shows way less open houses than 200... or 248.  The number is subject to change.  New homes may be listed and could be held open... or homes may go "in contract" and be removed from the list.  Any homes added via the Real Living HER website, or the Columbus Board of REALTORS mls as an open house could be added to the Real Living HER Open House List (search.)

Open houses....I have not down one is so long. Maybe as summer gets closer I will look at doing them again. Good luck all!

the big NAR open house is in a couple of weeks.  We are starting a company Open House event very, very, soon but I will not say anything about it until after Sunday...  People should go to open houses this weekend or they could miss out on homes.  Things are going under contract. 

We are an open house market.  Or parts of our market are.

This is so true.  I had an open scheduled on the MLS and the house went under contract the next day.  And, for the life of me as an administrator I couldn't remove it.  I finally called the guys at the MLS TWICE to get it removed. 

Better to check right before you are ready to go that the opens you want to see are still available.  I love this market.

Thanks ladies but this was last Week's post...  for the 15th.  It was a very, very rare week for me with NO blog posts.  Bac to back open house posts is odd.  Odd week.
