Cot is the new word of the day.
So you think you know the meaning? Look carefully at the word and think about it before you answer. This one is tricky but you would expect less from me? It’s pronounced (kat) if that gives you a hint. Give up yet? OK the meaning of cot is a cottage; small house. A small shelter so did you get the meaning right? I for one would have never guessed it.
Nor did I; I wonder if used in a description of a property how much response it would receive!
You continue to amaze me. I have been in the mortgage and real estate business for a long time, but never heard that word before. I will have an opportunity to use it.

I do like that one. I probably wouldn't use it in any descriptions though. Definitely would confuse most people I think. James, are you getting these out of your "word for the day" book?
I have never heard that word used in that way! So, if that's a cottage, what is a cot? Inquiring minds want to know.
