A business without a competitive advantage is “a me too business” in a crowded field and won’t be able to successfully compete in the market place.
Your competitive advantage is what makes you standout in the market place and it gives a person a reason to want to do business with you.
Who’s your target market and why should they use your services or buy your product?
When you can narrow the world down to a target market, you can direct you efforts to the most likely buyers and users for your services.
One of the most important factors in your competitive advantage is it should be geared to your target market, your mostly customers.
Build your competitive advantage around your target market. Give them a clear reason why you’re the best choice and what the advantages are to them in doing business with you.
Define your target market and define your message to your target market and you will define your competitive advantage.
