Proactive Approach To Problem Solving

“I am grateful for all of my problems.

After each one was overcome,

I became stronger and more able to

meet those that were still to come.

I grew in all my difficulties.”

   J. C. Penny, Businessman

As I see it . . . . . . .

Proactive approach to Problem solving

A problem is an opportunity to become stronger and grow.

Problems are those things that seem to pop up when we least expect them. Most of the time problems need our immediate attention and can’t wait for us to fit them in our schedule. Problems throw us off schedule and can change the course of our day but a problem still has to   be addressed.

The problem can bring out the best in us or the worst in us.

Problems are the building blocks of champions. Problems are facts of life and we all encounter them.

The question becomes how to we handle them? Do we respond to a problem and look for solutions? Or do we become overwhelmed and look for who to blame?

When a problem is approached from the stand point of looking for solutions, we are taking a proactive approach to the problem.

By taking a proactive approach to the problem solving you become a problem solver and in finding solutions we become stronger.

The busier I get . .the more I have. .

I tend to measure my future earnings by the problems I'm having now. .

 No problems? I get nervous!

Good advice - if things are too easy, we never learn. Thus the reason I'm not purchasing cars for my children as they graduate high school :)
