The only difference between FEAR and EXCITEMENT is your attitude about it... F.E.A.R. is an acronym for False Evidence Appearing Real. The main word there is FALSE. There is nothing to fear unless you let yourself create FALSE mental/emotional negative thoughts and look for the worse in everything. Fear is negative attitude. Excitement is a positive attitude.
Both are the result of the same situation, BUT your attitude will determine the outcome.
