Help! I need agents who want to work...have lots of leads and my mom is sick.

I am in a tuff situation.  I am a top producting ReMax agent.  Recently my mom took ill in Alabama and I had to leave abruptly to take care of her.  I had 20 listings and lead producing sites that have been feeding me competent leads.

I have overworked the agents I know with the buyers that were currently looking and they have started to complain that they cannot handle my volume.  I realize now that I was doing the work of several agents.

Most of my buyers are looking east of 80, in the south suburbs of  Chicago.  Specifically Matteson, Flossmoor, Homewood, South Holland, Richton Park, etc.
