Prescription Take Back on Saturday, April 21 in Coral Springs

As part of the Prescription Take Back Program, the City is working to target and deter the use of illicit prescription drug use within our City. The Coral Springs Police Department is encouraging residents to bring any unused, unwanted or expired prescription medication to the following drop off locations:

Upcoming dates are: - Saturday, April 21 from 9 to 11 a.m. at Walgreens at the northwest corner of University Drive and Atlantic Blvd.; Saturday, May 12 from 9 to 11 a.m. at Walgreens at the southeast corner of Royal Palm Blvd. and Riverside Drive; and Saturday, June 9 from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Walgreens on the southwest corner of Coral Ridge Drive and Sample Road. What a coincidence you wrote this and I just found a place to do this locally today. I was cleaning out the medicine cabinet recently and found I really don't use the ibuprofen and Tylenol too often. Years old! But didn't want to flush it or toss it out. Thanks for reminding us all there is a great solution out there. With Walgreens being national I'm sure there is a Take Back program near us all! Thanks!
