Cross Creek Subdivision in Warner Robins GA 31088

The Cross Creek Subdivision is located off of Sandy Run Road in Warner Robins Georgia. This community consists primarily of one and two-story brick, vinyl, wood, and stucco homes.

So far in 2012, 1 home has sold in this Warner Robins community for 103% of the list price. Similar in 2011 where only 1 home sold but for 102.6% of the asking price. Currently (April 2012), no homes in Cross Creek are listed on the market.

Cross Creek Subdivision is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and 20 minutes from Robins Air Force Base.

The Houston County Georgia Public Schools for this subdivision are Russell Elementary, Huntington, and Warner Robins High School.

It sure looks like Cross Creek is a community with little turn over and is in high demand! How large is the community..how many homes were built in Cross Creek? I'm with BLIZ..consistently beating the list price sends a message if a home comes on in Cross Creek you better jump on it!
