We have seen a 50% reduction in the inventory here too Harley, and buyers are finding it more difficult to get the right home.
Al - I think this is a good sign. When the price of homes come up to the cost of construction then the economy will be heading in the right direction.
Harley, you've got a lot of buyers and not enough homes for sale! That may be an increasingly common problem.
