Homes for sale in downtown Louisville, CO ~ Pedicabs making a debut?
The downtown area of Louisville, Co has become an amazingly popular place year round and especially during the summer Friday night faires. Throughout the majority of the summer, the downtown Louisville Friday night faire features big name bands performing live music, artisans selling their wares and a farmer's market of treats. It has become a meeting place for friends and families to meet up, eat together and share the faire.
Parking has become a bit of challenge... unless of course, you don't mind arriving really early or... hiking in. Visitors of nearly 6,000 in number flock to the downtown area and quickly run out of parking spaces. The Louisville Downtown Business Association is looking for creative ways to ease the pressure and the frustration of too little parking space.
One of the ideas is to engage with a pedicab company to offer pedicab rides from designated parking areas at either end of the downtown Louisville, CO Friday night street faire. The pedicabs would only add to the already fun atmosphere of the street faires and add a bit of convenience as well.
The downtown Louisville Friday night street faire begins this year on June 15th and runs every Friday night through August 17th. Downtown restaurants are looking forward to another busy Summer and the added patronage the Friday night street faires bring.
Louisville, continues to be a hot real estate market with the resale homes selling quickly and the newly constructed homes in its newest neighborhood, Steel Ranch, selling faster than the builders can build them.
Louisville, since having been voted twice as the best place to live, is only getting better. A strong community feel, low crime rate, great schools and a vibrant downtown. There is so much to love about this community, and now.... pedicabs may be added to the list.
