I know that this is an old idea, but I know many agents who do not do it.
I'm talking abiut sending a copy of the closing HUD to clients from the past year. It comes with a thank you norte and a reminder letter about taxes. I know that some brokers do this for their office, but I think it's a great idea to reconnect...
Also...some great "service after the sale."
I agree. Al! Our stack of Huds are on the desk waiting for the new year to get sent out. It reminds clients you have not forgotten about them. I have heard of other agents sending them to the "orphaned" clients in the deal- who belonged to the other agents buyer or seller. Not a bad idea, but I have not done it yet. Anyone else send to them??
