I am very happy to announce that our beauty single story located in Harveston Community of Temecula, CA just got short sale approval from lender, Chase Bank. My clients ran into some hard times financially with unexpected medical bills and a decrease in pay due to the downturn in the economy. A loan modification with the bank was not a workable solution for this young and growing family of four.
I met with the couple just before the 2011 holidays and discussed their options further. They decided that short selling the home made sense. We place the home on the market and received an approval. We will be closing on this 2700 squre foot, 4 bedroom 3 bath home the end of April. Additionally, I secured a beautiful rental property for my clients and they are ecstatic they are getting $3K in relocation help.
