Exclusive to coolDCre: Details on CAS Riegler Lionel Lofts
In a conversation this morning with Adam from CAS Riegler, coolDCre learned that a well-known Capitol Hill restaurant signed last night for the ground floor space at eagerly anticipated Lionel Lofts on 14th. The high-end, five unit condo project is currently under construction and expected to deliver this October. I've been asked to keep mum on the name of the restaurant until its owners publish their press release, but I can say it will feature a waffle bar with sidewalk cafe seating. Name will be a shortened version of it's CH moniker, like CB2 to Crate & Barrel. Can you guess? Opening estimated December 2012 - early 2013.

Average price per SF will be a bit lower than originally announced, likely averaging $650. SF during pre-construction pricing phase. Early buyers will be able to choose some finishes/options.
