There are only two types of Real Estate Investors:
Those Investing Now
and those that will wish they had!
Gene, Stock market, real estate market ... it's all tied together! There is still great investment opportunities - those who get it will capitalize on it.
Absolutely...by next year, I think there will be a lot of "wish I had" voices.

I talk to people that tell me they are waiting for it to slow down again. Well it is not going to slow down unitl prices and interest rates are up.
investment opportunities are investment opportunities and right now I still think RE investments are the way to go...
