San Antonio Real Estate Statistics~March 2012
The San Antonio Board of Realtors reported that at the end of March 2012, the average price for a single-family home was $185,561 — a 2% increase from the average priced in March 2011.
The median price stood at $155,600, a 4% increase from the median home price in March 2011.
1,637 single-family homes sold in March 2012 — a 4% increase from the number sold in March 201.
Hi Shirley. These are some Great Numbers for San Antonio. I hadn't realized that the Median price was now at $155, 600. San Antonio is moving in a nice direction.
