Hello,

Well we are almost ready for launch. After much delay, we will be launching phase 1 of 3 in the beginning of 2008. Our site will be offering users a comprehensive database of "Everything Real Estate".

We can't wait to launch so we can start providing users with the most information possible.

We would like to hear from EVERYONE regarding what you want in a search engine. We are constantly evolving and we are open to your suggestions.

Mandatory pictures to accompany a posted listing would be important to me. Depends on what the basics are going to be to start with...this is a very broad question...I mean, I'd love a Real Estate google...pretty much everything!

I know, I'm a woman and I want it all! LOLOL... :-)

Valid contacts so that folks can reach their lenders would be nice! A smart way to advertise would be to go after the little vendors first, than work up towards the ones with a larger budget.

You should have everything! We agree. The basics to start are going to be a simple search where a user can search by country, state, city, zip, price, bed, bath, type of property (sfr, condo, etc), type of listing (realtor, reo, foreclosure, auction, etc).

Our next phase will be the advanced search, keyword search and SOCIAL NETWORK PLATFORM THAT WILL CHANGE THE WAY PEOPLE DO REAL ESTATE!.
