We've all enjoyed Southwest Airlines since they arrived in Denver. Not just because they're a great airline to fly, offer additional flight choices, have low, competitive fares.... your bags fly free, regardless whether or not you happen t have "status" with the airline. So, in case you have missed the news lately, Southwest Airlines is going to become an even bigger deal in Denver starting in October. Why? Southwest Airlines will be adding Denver to its list of Hub Cities. What does this mean for Denver; it means that a relatively large number of Southwest Airlines employees could be moving to the Denver area and looking for homes.
As the Denver real estate market (along with the markets in the surrounding communities) continues to strengthen, we could see an even higher demand for homes as the Southwest Airlines plans for its new Denver hub come to fruition.
