Denver Real Estate ~ Southwest Airlines New Denver Hub

We've all enjoyed Southwest Airlines since they arrived in Denver.  Not just because they're a great airline to fly, offer additional flight choices, have low, competitive fares.... your bags fly free, regardless whether or not you happen t have "status" with the airline.  Of course,  we love all their commercials too; their marketing department definitely has a good sense of humor!

So, in case you have missed the news lately, Southwest Airlines is going to become an even bigger deal in Denver starting in October.  Why?  Southwest Airlines will be adding Denver to its list of Hub Cities.  What does this mean for Denver; it means that a relatively large number of Southwest Airlines employees could be moving to the Denver area and looking for homes.

As the Denver real estate market (along with the markets in the surrounding communities) continues to strengthen, we could see an even higher demand for homes as the Southwest Airlines plans for its new Denver hub come to fruition.

In most of the front range communities, inventory levels are considerably lower than they were last year, the number of sales are up, and the average time it takes to sell a home is down ~ all factors that indicate a strengthening market.

If you happen to be reading this blog, and you happen to be one of those fortunate Southwest Airlines employees who will be relocating to the new Denver Hub, lucky you!  There are so many great real estate choices in the Denver area and along the entire front range. If you're looking for something on a little less beaten path, there are choices with acreage and views, where you can relax and get away from the typical hustle bustle of city life while still being close enough to enjoy a leisurely commute back and forth to the Denver International Airport. If you prefer a more urban lifestyle, there are numerous opportunities that offer a wide variety of choices and price points.

Even more exciting...we've put together an entire network and team of the best and most talented agents who are ready to assist Southwest Airlines employees who will be relocating to the new Denver Hub.  You need only call one number, 303-589-2663 and you will be immediately matched up with the agent best suited to meet your needs and to provide you with an exceptional customer service experience.

Vickie,

This is great news!  Monument and Colorado Springs are only 60 and 75 minutes from DIA.  My husband flies for American and communtes via DIA to St. Louis.  So, happy to help anyone that wants to go south.

Hey, Vickie!  Could you use your influence with Southwest Airlines to get them to fly from Baltimore to Paris?
