Wow! That's quite a different market you have there! This home is in one of the fastest growing areas here in Louisville. All the homes are at least 80 years old and they are all being renovated, so the neighborhood is shaping up nicely. Is it like that in parts of Chicago as well? We have a lot of revitalizing going on here in Louisville.
