North Springfield Zero Down Payment

Though you can't buy a house in North Springfield for $15,500 anymore a veteran can still use their VA benefits to buy a North Springfield home for zero down.  The reasons that servicemembers choose North Springfield in the 1950's are still the same reasons they buy their now.  Convenience to DC, larger tree lined lots and access to parks.  Now they can add multiple options for commuting and nearby shopping.

It's good to know that some things never change.  If you are interested in using your VA benefits to buy a home in North Springfield give Cindy Jones and CJ Realty Group a call at 703-346-2213.  Let's look at current inventory and see how we can put you in a North Springfield home today for zero down.

What a fabulous ad.  Where did you get it?  I just love it, and VA loans are simply wonderful.  I love working with our vets.

Wow $15,500 for a home! Incredible. Nice to see that with a VA loan at least some things don't change.

Patrick-the houses then were cheaper than cars today.  Of course the income then didn't mean anyone could write a check for a house.

Elite Sale Team-wish the prices were still 15K.  Don't think we would have a housing crisis then.
