Over the years I've accumulated several books, tapes, recordings etc of training materials, guides, resources for the real estate profession. Now, in an attempt to remodel my basement for the new Ping-Pong table Santa left for Christmas, I am wanting to find a new home for this box of assorted goods. If anyone out there wants this box, I'll gladly let you have it for the cost of shipping. Just send me an email and I'll forward a list of what is included. I would prefer to not part it out, if you are interested you will get the whole box. Just let me know!

That's really generous of you Randy. I too have lots of "old stuff" but I'm not parting with it yet. I like to go back and review them sometimes. Every now and then I can get one more golden nugget out of them. The time will come I'm sure....just not ready to let them go yet :-)
