Flowery Branch has Sterling New Construction

So you're a buyer and you might have noticed that there's not a ton of new construction on the market.  Chances are you might not have considered looking just a little up the road in Flowery Branch.  Just beyond the city of Buford and the Mall of Georgia is the City of Flowery Branch.

 

In Flowery Branch there's several new construction neighborhoods, in particular Sterling on the Lake.  Sterling features many different builders and instead of a hodge podge it serves the communities original intent very well.  There's something for everyone, including luxury homes as well as starter homes.   

 

This neighborhood has a storied history involving some of the bigger builders in 2007 such as Peachtree Residential and Waterford Homes.  Now 5 years later, the prices are only down by about 15% and the options are twice as many.  Now the main builder appears to be DR Horton.  Prices range from $150K to $400K
