Cedar City Subdivisions...Canyon Gate Market Update 4/19/2012

In the Cedar City Real Estate Market, Canyon Gate is one of the new and exciting subdivisions in Cedar City.  It is the Northern most subdivision on the East side of Cedar City, at least for now.  It features mostly custom homes, and as I mentioned is one of the newer subdivisions in the City mostly built after 2005.  There is a walking trail and great views that come with homes in this subdivision.

Currently there are 7 homes listed for sale from the $220,000 range to the $400,000 range.  These are beautiful, larger homes.

Market Update 4/19/2012:  There are currently 2 homes listed for sale in the Multiple Listing Service.  One is listed at $399,900 and the other is listed at $419,900.  There have been 3 homes sell in the past 12 months.  The sold price of these homes has ranged from $185,00 to $195,000.  There are currently no building lots listed for sale.

The Canyon Gate Subdivision is one of the gems in the Cedar City Real Estate Market.  Canyon Gate is one of those great subdivisions for views, it has uninterrupted views of the Mountains as well as Valley Views.

Tony  That is a remarkable range of home styles and sizes.  I love subdivisions where they forgot to bring the cookie cutter.  Canyon Gate is one of the subdivisions I would consider if I moved to Cedar City

Tony and Darcy - I'd have a problem living in the Canyon Gate subdivision of Cedar City UT - I'd never want to leave my house!!!!  Look at those great views and the beautiful homes in Canyon Gate - WOW.
