These Days You Have to Be Ready for Anything

I was out walking in the courtyard behind our office with my business partner Will.  It has been a mild day with blue skies.

When I looked to the north, I saw these narley looking clouds and decided we might be in store for a shower or two.  Luckily Will had the camera so I could snap a couple of shots before the weather changes.

Too bad I didn’t bring an umbrella.

Spring time showers can pop up at most anytime.  At least it isn't snow!

Belinda - this reminds me of a Mark Twian quote:  We all grumble about the weather but nothing is done about it.   We know that we cannot change the weather only how we react to it....kind of like some of the people we run across in our daily lives.

Gotcha, did it? Oh well, we humans don't melt in the rain, we just get soggy. Nice photo!

Howdy and evening Belinda

Belinda my friend, folks sure do need to be ready for anything when they are out and about. That's sure a mighty fine photo shoot of those rain holding clouds.

Have a good one

Hi Belinda. Now that's a great shot of those bad looking clouds. Keeping you umbrella handy is just as important as keeping your camera ready too.

That's definitely not a friendly looking sky.  As for umbrellas, I gave up on those a long time ago.  I prefer jackets with hoods to keep my hands free. Try to keep one in the car, even if it's in the trunk.

We have had the wettest April I can ever remember. The flowers are blooming, the hills are green, Russel's out taking pictures for his Wordpress photography blog.... Unfortunately, the rain will stop, and then everything will start dying, which means that this year's fire season might be bad.
