We are very excited to share our most recent project, a West Seattle rehab.  This is a historic house perched high on one of West Seattle's most desirable streets that was purchased for 300k.  The rehab was 145 and it is valued at 629k.

Good Grief!  This was beyond a rehab.  This was practically a re-build.  The kitchen and that one bath alone had to be most of that $145, unless you did everything yourself.  The neighbors must throw palm branches at your feet when you go by.

Thanks Leslie!  We are a full service real estate firm and have done hundreds of transactions so we are very skilled at staying in our budget and time frame.  : )  The neighbors are pretty thrilled.  It's such a beautiful house, the photos don't do it justice!

You have really done a fabulous job.  You have great taste.  It reminds me of the types of projects I used to finance with private money.  I miss those days.  I love my new job though!
