The word is getting out! I have brought several families into Chatham-Kent this past year and continue to promote all that the area has to offer.I believe in Chatham-Kent and surrounding areas and having lived here my entire life am deeply rooted in Chatham-Kent.
Real Estate prices are still very affordable in comparison to areas east of here like Oakville and Mississauga. The pace is slower and it is a great place to live, raise a family, retire or relocate to, even own a vacation waterfront property in one of our resort location such as Erieau, Rondeau or Mitchell's Bay. Waterfront Properties line both sides of the Thames River in Chatham and the Sydenham River in Wallaceburg.
We have plenty of ammentities. The Downtown Chatham Capital Theatre and the Chatham Cultural Centre offer top notch entertainment. My wife and I have enjoyed several wonderful performances at both venues. Be sure to check my blogs and website www.wayneliddy.com and visit their website for upcoming events at www.cktickets.com This is just one example of what we have to offer in Chatham-Kent.
