Yesterday, I went to take photographs of Verandah, a gorgeous community set amongst a preserve along the Orange River in Fort Myers. This community is filled with majestic 50+ foot live oak trees, native landscaping throughout, gorgeous lakes abundant with fish, wading birds, red shoulder hawks and ospreys. This community is truly special!
Verandah's homes have a Southern Flair with large front porches, many have beautiful rocking chairs on them, this is truly a one of a kind community. When you are walking, riding your bike or golfing, there is nothing but the sound of the birds singing, and frogs ribbiting and you'll hear an occastional dog barking.
Verandah is one of those communities that could easily be called home. There fee structure is reasonable for the amenities that are included. There is a golf or fitness membership that is optional.
Lennar recently finished building their Cypress, Magnolia and Hawthorne model. The Cypress model has 2,812 square feet starting at $429,990, The Hawthorne has 3,193 square feet starting at $469,990 and the Magnolia features 3,202 square feet starting at $479,990.
Lennar’s “Everything’s Included” philosophy of building gives the consumer the most value for there money including: Granite countertops, stainless steel appliance package, brick pavers, crown molding, tile roofing, hurricane impact glass windows in the Verandah!
