This community is often referred to as part of the Eagle's Point Golf Club. Eagle's Pointe is over 350 acres of neighborhood surrounding the Davis Love III golf course in Bluffton. The community, located about 10 minutes from the bridge to Hilton Head Island, is not gated because the course is public.

   Eagle's Pointe amenities include fantastic recreation facilities with a Jr. Olympic-sized swimming pool, lake, tennis courts, and an outdoor grill/covered picnic area. The 6,000-square-foot clubhouse has a pro shop, fireplace, changing rooms, restaurant, an open-air cabana, and huge meeting room. The man-made lake stretching over seven acres is located in the community's center.

   Heritage and PGA Champion Davis Love III designed Eagle's Pointe's gorgeous 18-hole golf course in 1998. The par-71 fairways reach a little longer than 6780 yards from the longest set of tees. Golf club membership, the LinksClub, is shared between the Eagle's Pointe and Crescent Pointe golf clubs so members can enjoy both courses.
