An Annular Solar Eclipse occurs when the Moon's diameter appears to be just a bit smaller than that of the the Sun, causing the Sun to look like an annulus (ring). This Solar Eclipse will then most of the Sun's light.
The Annular Eclipse will be seen on the Chinese coast, the south of Japan, and the western part of the United States. Albuquerque New Mexico will be the perfect center of this Annular Solar Eclipse path. Albuquerque NM is one of only a few places in the United States to take in the Eclipse at it's fullest.
