When it was easy in the Real Estate Business there was a migration to the business. People quit their real job for a Real Estate business to make some easy money.
During the storm there was an exodus. That’s when I got back into the business. People thought I was crazy. Why would you want to be in the RE Brokerage business now?!
After the Storm, when the sun comes out the survivors will be standing in the sun and will appreciate the fact that they survived the storm.
I for one appreciate all the clients, customers, referrals and support that helped me weather the storm.
I see the clouds, they have a silver lining.
