That's what happens everytime we have a crappy market. There are those who flood us for the good time and bail quickly when things turn sour.

Harley - I am already seeing some agents tip toe back into the business. Hope they go get all the CE hours they have missed.
Peter - I expect to see some move back into the market here as well, just not yet. Some agents that are in waiting I see around town. One is a waitress, one a host, and yet another is installing windshields. Some where good agents that just needed better support.
Harley, I just started my real estate business and I am hoping that if I can make it through this business low, I can make it through whatever comes afterward.
The market here is 'happening' - we don't have enough inventory, which (according to market principles) should push up the prices of homes that are currently selling. I am excited to be part of it all.
