Christin: Hi fellow KW! Thanks for the wishes.  The floors in this house just gleam! My little girl was with me when we took pictures and all she could do was take of her shoes and "dance like Cinderella" in the magnificent great room!

Hi David: We actually mail out to the neighborhood and do a by-invitation Neighbor Open House specifically for that reason.  It will be today from 2-3, an hour before the general public.  We love to give the neighbors a look at what is selling in their neighborhood.  It has a real impact on the value of their homes!

Hi Joni! It turned out to be a lousy day for an open house--rainy and cold.  But, I did have some response for the "invitation-only" neighbor open house I held for the first hour to showcase the home to the neighbors.  So, it was a good day overall!

Hi Carolyn: No buyer yet--that's okay, I am really trying to introduce the home to the market--it's a wonderful home and wonderful neighborhood, but it isn't in every buyer's price range.  Thanks for stopping by!
