Boynton Beach FL Real Estate Market Report - March 2012
The Boynton Beach Real Estate Market continues to show that when homes are priced right, they sell. Overall, the total number of closed sales in Boynton Beach rose higher this month over last. In my opinion, we are still in a price-driven market. Prices increased in single family homes while they decreased in attached homes this month. There is a good supply of well-priced homes in the Boynton Beach area at this time.
