We've all heard the stories; home prices falling, foreclosures rising. Don't you love the media?!

starts off with the same gloomy news about the housing market being in a
decline, and several major problem markets such as Tampa, Miami, Vegas,
Phoenix, Detroit, but when you get near the end, there are a few exceptions
to the article and some great statistics in our favor! This is a HUGE plug
for any of us in the real estate business and/or those sitting on some
property! Just like the news from 3-4 months ago. It's good, read it and

I LOST A DEAL BECAUSE OF THIS. I don't mean to shout but this seems like the only place I can complain about what is going on in this market. I've been in the business for about 6 months and what I love about it is that it changes everyday, sometimes by the hour. But that is also the reason I hate it sometimes!
