Trying to get a hold of someone over the phone fails more often than it should. Recordings, wait time, push 1 for English, push 2 to hear again, Calling about your new applaince or electronic gadget and getting India on purpose mind you all doesn't work for me. That is why I shop local and with people I know and trust.
