Regent Park is a large, well-established golf course community located just 2 miles from Carowinds Amusement Park and 15 miles from uptown Charlotte, NC. The main entrance to Regent Park is on Highway 21. There are a variety of retail stores clustered around the entrance including Food Lion, Snap Fitness, a dry cleaner, and multiple restaurants, making life convenient for Regent Park residents. Regent Park’s location in the northern section of Fort Mill makes it an easy commute to both the uptown Charlotte area as well as the Pineville, NC area.

Among the many amenities at Regent Park are walking trails, tennis courts, basketball, pool, playground, an 18-hole golf course, and Golf Academy staffed with 2 PGA Class A golf professionals.

Regent Park is a large community divided up into 18 different neighborhoods. Each different neighborhood is nicely marked with a sign. Within the various neighborhoods, there are a number of different housing options (condos, townhomes, and single family homes) and architectural styles with the oldest dating back to the 1980s. Regent Park is one of the neighborhoods in Fort Mill where you can really get a lot for your money. A number of townhomes are on the market between $79,900 and $204,999. Currently there are not many single family homes on the market. The single family homes currently available are listed between $144,000 and $549,000 and range from 3 bedroom 2 bath patio homes to 5 bedroom 4 1/2 bath homes close to 4,000 square feet. Most listings are in the $200,000-$325,000 range.

Regent Park is part of the award-winning Fort Mill School District. Regent Park residents attend Sugar Creek Elementary, a new elementary school located just next to Regent Park. Middle school students attend Springfield Middle School and then go on to Nation Ford High School. Both schools are just a short distance from Regent Park.
