Are Things Looking Up?

The economy may finally be starting to turn around. For the first time in over two years, we had to wait for a table at our favorite restaurant.

There has been some new construction of higher end homes recently and contractors I work with are all of a sudden getting calls from proposals they sent months ago. This was encouraging and dining out increases are very encouraging. I will post a new market analysis. Finally, something to be positive about.
