Kelliwood Nottingham and Kelliwood Parc (Map) started when Nottingham Country was developed, providing higher end homes for the area. It is sourrounded on three sides by Nottingham with S. Fry Road on the east side. Homes were built in 1984 and the last in 1992. Values range from $293,000 to $480,000 with an average of $372,000 and 4714 sq.ft. 

Kelliwood Estates (Map) is on Fry Road across from Nottingham and next to Lakes of Buckingham. Homes were built from 1988 to 2001 and vary in value from $275,000 to $472,000 with an average of $356,000 and 4156 sq.ft.

Katy Independent School District has the public schools in Kelliwood Nottingham and Kelliwood Estates with Pattison Elementary School on Stonelodge Drive nearby, McMeans Junior High School on Westheimer Parkway near Willow Fork Country Club, Taylor High School at Kingsland and Westgreen. 

Kelliwood Park (Map) is an unique small community nestled in George Bush Park off of S. Fry Road and joins the Willow Fork golf course. Home values range from $390,000 to $565,000 and average $447,000. The homes were built between 2006 and 2008 and average 4211 sq.ft. There is a community website.

Schools are Katy Independent School District with Creech Elementary School located on S. Mason Road, Beck Junior High School is located on S. Fry Road, both of which are nearby. The high school is Cinco Ranch High School located across 99 on Cinco Ranch Blvd.

George Bush Park is a large park with many recreational features including jogging trails, nature trails, picnic facilites and children's sports fields.
